When your organization connects tools such as Jira, Bitbucket or Confluence, we read the project, repository and document data those integrations are set up to share with us.

We use your information to run Anser, to show you dashboards and insights about your projects, to keep your account secure, and to improve the product.

We may use your email address to send service notices, such as password resets and changes to this policy. We don't send marketing email without your consent.

3Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Anser, such as hosting and email delivery, and only as far as they need it to do that work.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize its personal data within 90 days, unless we have to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.

5Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular reviews of our systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

6Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it.
